Universalists vs. Mid-Acts Dispensationalism

The following is brought to you by TruthTimeRadio.com.
Truth Time Radio, answering your Bible questions.
It's wonderful to see all of the people awakening to the truth and getting active in ministry.
And by the way, ministry is for every member of the body of Christ and not just for men.
And whoever told you that simply lied to you.
A listener writes, Belief is a gift of knowledge that enables one to derive a present benefit from the truth that he is saved. A temporary lack of belief does not erase the future benefit that will be enjoyed by all mankind when they shall at last be brought into a realization of truth. And since unbelief is the will of God, it does not, cannot, disqualify anyone from that set of men for whom God is the savior of all of them, 1 Timothy 4:10.
Okay, this is obviously sent in from a universalist.
Universalists believe that in the end, everyone will be saved.
Well, let's examine this evidence.
Let's look at the verse you cite.
Paul writes, For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach because we trust in the living God, who is the savior of all men, especially of those that believe.
Now listen to me.
Because he's the Savior of all men does not mean all men are saved.
Let me say that again.
Because he's the Savior of all men does not denote that all men are saved.
Now picture this, 10 people drowning in a lake.
Christ pulls up in a boat and offers to save them all.
He could do so on the authority that he's the Savior of all men, just like the verse says.
But if only four of them accepts his help, then the other six would drown.
And just because the six drown by not accepting his help, in no way alters the fact that he is still their Savior.
He's quote, The Savior of all men.
That would be the 10, especially of those that believe.
That's the four.
Romans 1:16 is where Paul says, For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.
Now, according to you, we should just delete the last two words and read it like this, For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one.
You apparently leave off the last two words.
I guess that better fits your doctrine.
However, it's not Bible truth, and that's what we deal with, Bible truth, Bible evidence.
Romans 4:5, But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
We must believe.
Saving faith is simply placing your confidence in the finished work of Christ, giving him credit for doing the work that you can't do.
And here you write, whether we believe or not, it's irrelevant to the fact of salvation.
Well to that I say, the Bible says something very different.
The Bible says, Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved.
First Thessalonians 2:16.
If universalists were correct in their theology, the Gentiles would not have needed to hear anything.
But the Bible says they do.
The Bible says that we need to hear the gospel to be saved.
Galatians 4:16, Am I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth?
