Kingdom People And The Apostle Paul

Listener: "...when we put our faith in Jesus and believe in the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins we are saved, forgiven all trespasses and sealed. Amen!"

TTR: You “amen” as if we are in agreement on this. Salvation doesn't come by trusting in your own belief to “get your sins forgiven.” Your sins were forgiven by Christ shed blood on the cross over twenty centuries ago. The fact that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself when the sin-debt was paid in full by His Son on the cross is true whether you believe it or not. Belief in the finished cross-work (death, burial, & resurrection) is required for SALVATION, not for “the forgiveness of our sins.” This incorrect understanding of salvation, and specifically the forgiveness of sins is a product of preacher Rodney. So I would expect no less than for you to parrot his wrong thinking by demonstrating that the object of your faith is your own belief.

Listener: "So, you admit that there are Kingdom people (Jews) at the same time as Paul?"

TTR: ”admit?” Why would this be something to “admit?” ---Oh, I forgot. This is one of Preacher Rodney's strawmen: that somehow, everyone who holds to what you all call a “mid-acts” position believes that Acts 9-28 is ONLY about the dispensation of grace. -Everyone except for Preacher Rodney, of course. He claims that he is the only one who “sees” that both the gospel of the kingdom and the gospel of grace were in operation at the same time. Me “admitting” this would only be a surprise to someone who falls for Preacher Rodney's strawman credibility tactics.

Listener: "Is it possible that Paul would ever speak kingdom stuff when he is around Kingdom people?"

TTR: You would be wise to stop asking me questions like this until you go listen to this podcast you keep trolling under. You want me to type out something here that is clearly laid out in the podcast you refuse to listen to? That's just lazy.

Listener: "this assumption that the two are different [kingdoms] is rejected by many, including E.W. Bullinger."

TTR: Why do you suppose I would ever care about what Bullinger accepted or rejected? I don't study Bullinger. I search the scriptures. (Acts 17:11)

Listener: "Can you show me something that shows they are two different kingdoms, and that one exists within the Pauline framework?"

TTR: Why do you keep insisting that I do your studying for you? This is something that you can even look up using those bible word search tools that you Rodney-ites rely on so much.

The word “kingdom” is not always to be attributed to an expanse of land. Sometimes it has nothing whatsoever to do with physical things. It is also dominion and authority. Are you going to try to tell me that God doesn't have dominion and authority over everything, INCLUDING our spiritual things?

What does our apostle say that the Kingdom of God is and isn't?

Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Conversely, the kingdom of Heaven is a physical, earthly kingdom that will descend from Heaven after the 1000 year reign on earth. This is Israel's promise, and their promise will be fulfilled. This isn't “2 different kingdoms” as you are implying with your ill-worded question. The Kingdom of God is all-encompassing, including our spiritual things. Within the Kingdom of God is the Kingdom of Heaven which is a physical earthly kingdom that is promised to Israel. The kingdom of Heaven does not include our spiritual things that only pertain to the dispensation of grace.

Dan 7:27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

This is the kingdom of Heaven that Jesus preaches during His earthy ministry, and is what Revelation chapters 21 and 22 are all about.

If you were to study the scriptures rather than studying Preacher Rodney, perhaps this wouldn't need to be explained to you.
