A Response To Ross's False Claims (Part 1)

Published on 21 February 2026 at 21:57

Before dealing with Ross and his weak and beggarly false allegations, my wife and I would like to make the following announcement:

About four months ago the idea was birthed to add a new feature to our ministry. Following much discussion and prayer, we decided to dive in and take it on full steam ahead! So for the past couple of months we have been feverishly working to iron out the details in order to make it happen. We are now happy to report that we are nearing the home stretch phase and should be ready for launch soon. We are very excited! Stay tuned for our next blog which will give you further details on how to access it.

Now...

We were not aware of Ross's latest false accusations until recently hearing from several who were smart enough to recognize deception when they see it. One wrote: "wasn't sure if you knew that ross is at it again. I think he is obsesed with u. his ministry has been on life support for a while & likely why he wants to coat tail off you all. anything for numbers I guess."

Another wrote: "He thinks it is ok to make disparaging remarks about others but they are not allowed to say anything back. A clear double standard, it is. Please do not be discouraged this is what he does. He has tried to destroy ministries before. Prayers for you."

Unfortunately, Ross has made a plethora of devious slants, misleadings and outright lies about us. We cannot give it our full attention at the moment but once our new project is up and running smoothly we may revisit it.

Proof by Verbosity is described as a common fallacy which is "a favorite device among conspiracy theorists who utilize it to obfuscate the weakness of their case. By supporting their theories with so much random information (and misinformation), it gives the impression that their position is superficially well researched and supported by an avalanche of evidence." (Proof by Verbosity - Bad Arguments - Wiley Online Library)

Out of all the blogs we have written, the one on Noah Webster is the first one that required us to reference any literary sources (other than the King James Bible.) Hence the reason for the oversight when it was initially uploaded. An oversight that we corrected as soon as we noticed it. Upon seeing that the names of the two sources we used (in a very small portion, I might add - only 12 sections, not "paragraphs," out of 58 total sections of the blog, to be exact) were left out, my wife updated the blog.

"Big deal" you might say. -Not a big deal to a normal person, but to a mendacious type who made a free will conscious decision to spend his time monitoring our website (for over 30 hours in the span of a few weeks, according to google analytics) to try and find something to use against us -it was a "big deal." The lengths to which some will go when desperately seeking something to deflect from the glaring fact that they're not well versed enough to stick to the real issue, which is to deal with their false doctrine.

He spent an entire week producing a series riddled with false allegations of intended plagiarism, speculative misinformation, conspiracy theories, accusations of evil motives based on pure assumption, and other lies (that will be exposed soon enough) then whines about my use of "Ad Hominems" toward him.

An "Ad Hominem" criticism is legitimate when relative to what's being discussed. When it's used incorrectly it becomes a "fallacy" used only to deflect from the real issue.

From our "pattern" the apostle Paul: "O foolish ("Ad Hominem") Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth,...: (Galatians 3:1), "beware of dogs" (Philippians 3:2)

I imagine if Paul were alive today, Ross would have serious issues with his language and tone. He may even write a paper or do a six part video series about it. And let's not forget the sundry of "Ad Hominems" Jesus Himself used. Around 18 or so in Matthew chapter 23 ALONE.

I can just hear the grace police now - "Where's the grace, Jesus?"

He believes those like myself to be heretics (which is an "Ad Hominem" btw) for teaching that God dealt with the world's sins once and for all on the cross. Which EVERYONE who preaches the word of reconciliation should take note of. Ross just drew the 2013 line in the sand deep enough not to be missed this time. No more pretending like "we're all on the same team." He has made it clearer than ever of how he really feels about ALL ministers of reconciliation, not just TTR.

So, let's unpack this; We believe that Christ did it all WITHOUT us, and we're heretics? Then a heretic I will be. Guilty! I am happily guilty of giving all the credit to Christ and taking NONE for myself.

Apostle Paul: "But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:" (Acts 24:14)

2 Corinthians 11: [12] But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we. [13] For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. [14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Judging from what some in the MAD community have said to us following his latest drama mini-series, it appears that scores of them are beginning to see him in his truer light.

It's because of those like Ross, that the "grace movement" is becoming like another denomination. The only move he helps them make is backwards.

While he identifies with said movement, some of his doctrines do not align with it. About 90% (maybe more) of them have sense enough to know that the body of Christ is not the "born again" as he claims. -Talk about a "theological non-starter." And that's just one of his false doctrines from his mud (Mixed UDoctrines) bag.

Most also have sense enough to know that if we took the time to go back and add the missing sources to the Webster blog - that there was no intended plagiarism on our part. They also have sense enough to know that while there is nothing wrong with using a dictionary of your choice to help you with your biblical studies, NO dictionary, I repeat NO dictionary supersedes God's perfectly preserved word as found in the 1769 King James Bible.

In other words, if you can't defend your doctrine without a dictionary to give you "options" for definitions to fit your theology (rather than relying on the scriptures in context and without inserting your own understanding where it doesn't belong), then you just don't have much of a doctrine to stand on. And you ARE using the dictionary as your final authority, regardless of what you "claim." Let's stick to reality of scripture ALONE here, not some conjured up vain imagination based on dictionaries or someone else's commentary or sermons.

The reason Ross is in his feelings is that our dispensational teachings destroy the very foundation of his "born again"="regeneration" fallacy, and more importantly his "forgiveness=justification" nonsense. (His arguments are toothless) But why would we expect better from someone who continues to lie by calling us universalists? For someone willing to die on the Noah Webster hill, you'd think he would know what universalism is, would you not?

UNIVERS'ALISM, noun. In theology, the doctrine or belief that all men will be saved or made happy in a future life. (Webster's 1828)

For Ross to attempt to ascribe the above belief to Truth Time or any other Paul-Line "minister of reconciliation" goes well beyond the pale of ludicrous! -Yet, we are accused of "privately defining terms?"

Something is seriously wrong with a man who has been repeatedly shown what universalists believe, and yet still keeps repeating the same old song and dance while doubling down to beat the dead horse. That's someone with an ill intended agenda and willing to do anything it takes to protect and promote it.

Not one preacher in any mid-acts grace circle (who holds to the position that human kind was forgiven on the cross) has ever told anyone that "all men will be saved or made happy in a future life." Not one! But does that matter to him? Nope. He puts both fingers in his ears, turns from the truth and continues right on with his false narrative. This type of ignorance is why you cannot have a meaningful and intelligent dialogue with most who hold to the Limited Forgiveness doctrine.

His latest smear campaign will fail, just as his campaign against the ministry of reconciliation has, and will continue to fail. However there will always be a few here and there that will believe anything they hear just because a preacher said it, (and they deserve what they get) but those willing to do a thorough examination of the evidence (or lack there of) will see through his slight of hand tactics.

His futile attempts will have no effect on how our ministry of reconciliation will proceed in marching on to herald the best news ever! The ministry of reconciliation is more about outreach than inreach, but some would rather sit on the sidelines talking to themselves about themselves, and comparing themselves to the ones they gossip about. (2 Corinthians 10:12)

I'll wrap up for now by saying, while we find it a bit humorous that he devoted an entire week to feature us (and no telling how much time preparing to do so). His taking wild aimless shots in the dark and praying he hits something proved to be neither prudent nor wise. As it turns out, it seems that he was only successful in giving us free advertisement, and for that I guess we should be grateful. Introducing us to some (a small few, but some nonetheless) who had never heard of us. As we have witnessed before, what happens is, they come here to check out how evil we are, start listening, and begin realizing that what we teach actually makes better sense than the one who accidentally sent them. The plan to turn people off, ends up turning them ON. (Oops!)

Hopefully Ross can one day move on, but for now, it seems that we have occupied space in his head rent free.

So as we often say, "It's all good! Just make sure to spell our name right."

Stay tuned - our NEW project will be launched soon and we are EXTREMELY excited!
