Listener: Do you think Peter and the other 11 preached the same gospel as Paul after Acts 15? Since in Gal 1 Paul put a curse on anyone preaching another Gospel.
TTR: No I do not. Now let's look at the scriptures:
Gal. 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
Paul told the Galatians that anyone who preached another gospel unto them than what they had already received and believed (Paul's gospel) that person should be "accursed."
In the very next chapter, Gal. 2:7-9, Paul clearly states that his gospel is of the gentiles (uncircumcision) and Peter and the 11's gospel is of the circumcision.
These are two different gospels with two different audiences.
The instruction here is that the gospel of the circumcision should not be preached to the uncircumcision. Peter and the 11 continued to preach their gospel to the circumcision, and Paul continued to preach his gospel to the uncircumcision, per Gal. 2:9.
